41st birthday

Just a couple quick pics of my cake, which DH insisted must have 41 candles. Call the fire department - LOL!

We need to work with Wyatt on the "posing for a photo" thing.

Talking Wyatt

All of a sudden, Wyatt can talk! LOL.

He has had a bunch of words for a while, but within the last two-three days, he will try to say anything I say. And I can say "Can you say..." and he'll try to say it. It is SOOOOO cute.

I have gotten him to say:

"Cook" (he says it without any vowels though - "CK!" "CK!")
"Mop" (same thing - "MP!")
"Daisy" ("Deezy")
"Cheese"
"Teeth" ("Teesh!")
"Off" ("oof!")
"Ball" ("Ba!" "Ba!")
"Mick" (his cousin)

I have a video I took yesterday. I'll post a link when I get it online.

He also says "Up", "Down", "Uh-oh" (including when DH's phone rings, LOL!), "Dada", "Mama", "Alex" ("Ax!"), "This", "These" ("Dese"), "Yes".

He is also copying sounds. In Orlando, we rode a lot of buses, and whenever the bus would stop and make that brake-sound, he'd copy it - "PsshshhhhhH!" or copy horn sounds. Or copy me if I make any odd sounds, like going "Doo de doo" while I do a task.

He is all of a sudden really wanting to please us, which is cute.

And he's gotten more cuddly too.
